0 - Before You Begin...

WELCOME TO THIS COURSE MY FRIEND


(Even if we haven't officially met in person the fact you are taking this course means we would be friends in real life!)


Please know that there are two approaches you can take with this course.



OPTION 1 - THE INTENSIVE 30 DAY APPROACH



With this option I encourage you to listen to 4 lessons per day x 5 days a week = 20 lessons.

4 weeks of 20 lessons = all 80 modules complete within 30 days.

You get to rest on the weekends (yay, you deserve it!) and use that extra time to work through the worksheets and action the lessons.


OPTION 2 - THE SLOW-BUT-STEADY 90 DAY APPROACH


With this option I encourage you to listen to 1 lesson per day x 6 days a week.

12 weeks of 6 lessons = 72 lessons.

You get to have 8 days off during this 90 day period.

Well technically more than that - given each month is usually a little longer than 4 weeks.

Please use this additional time to work through the worksheets and process + action the information in the course.



PLEASE NOTE: NEITHER APPROACH IS BETTER THAN THE OTHER



Another important point to note: This is not a race.

Let me repeat that again for you: THIS COURSE IS NOT A RACE.

The only person you are competing for/against is YOURSELF.

Therefore the most important thing is that you pick the option that works BEST FOR YOU!

If you like to binge-watch or binge-listen to lessons, then take the 30 day intensive option.

If you like to take your time, processing and acting upon information, then take the 90 day slow-but-steady approach.



EITHER WAY MAKE A COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF



If you want to see results, you need to take yourself seriously.

Schedule these lessons into your diary or set a reminder on your phone.

For the record most of these lessons are between 5-10 minutes long (typically less than one Netflix episode if you are listening to 4 lessons per day).

You will need to MAKE THE TIME or FIND THE TIME to watch or listen to these lessons (yes, you have two options - either audio or video).


Some options include:


  • While on your work commute
  • During a morning or afternoon walk
  • First thing in the morning
  • As you wind down for bed
  • While completing mindless household chores
  • Or WHENEVER YOU MAKE THE TIME TO DO SO.
